Shipping Policy (Philippines Only)

This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to customers within the Philippines. By placing an order with Remata Sports, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Delivery Coverage Areas

We ship nationwide across the Philippines, including:

  • Luzon

  • Visayas

  • Mindanao

  • Selected remote or island locations (subject to courier availability)

If your area has limited courier access, we will notify you for alternative delivery arrangements.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Package weight or volumetric weight

  • Delivery location

  • Courier rates

Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Shipping Methods & Couriers

We partner with reputable courier services in the Philippines, including:

  • LBC

  • J&T Express

  • Ninja Van

  • Lalamove / Grab Express (Metro Manila and nearby areas only)

The courier used will depend on your location and package size.

5. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

  • Luzon Provinces: 2–5 business days

  • Visayas: 3–7 business days

  • Mindanao: 3–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen events.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You may use this to monitor your shipment through the courier’s tracking website or app.

8. Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot deliver your package:

  • They will make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery fees may apply.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@rematasports.com.

  • Provide photos of the packaging and item, if applicable.

  • We will coordinate with the courier for investigation and resolution.

Remata Sports is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

10. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed or fail.

  • Additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be shouldered by the customer.

11. Store Pickup (If Available)

If we offer store pickup:

  • Customers may pick up their orders at our designated location.

  • Valid ID and order confirmation must be presented.
