1. Overview

At Remata Sports, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be granted.

This policy applies to all orders placed within the Philippines.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories are included.

  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., mouthguards, innerwear)

3. Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you received:

  • A defective or damaged product, or

  • An incorrect item

you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Please provide:

  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

We will evaluate the claim and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@rematasports.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the courier specified.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defects, damage, or wrong item sent:
    Remata Sports will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or other customer-related reasons:
    Customer will shoulder the return shipping cost.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once:

  • The returned item has been received and inspected

  • The return is approved

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider but generally takes 5–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items not meeting eligibility conditions

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Product preference (if unused)

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you may:

  • Choose a different item of equal value, or

  • Request a refund (if eligible)

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • We will coordinate with the courier to investigate

  • Replacement or refund will be issued depending on the outcome of the investigation
